Jack the Ripper

Jack the Ripper (切り裂きジャック, Jakku za Rippā or Kirisaki Jakku) was an Evil human with claws, a mask, and a bondage outfit. In the anime, it was suggested that, like his namesake, he was fond of killing women. After he was shown murdering a woman, Jack the Ripper immediately went after another one who bore witness to his killing. He was then stopped by Maka and Soul, and was killed by the two, becoming their ninety-ninth Evil human soul required for making a Death Scythe.
