Tootie

Tootie is Vicky's younger sister, a glass-wearing girl who has an obsessive crush on Timmy, often going to the extreme of spying on and stalking him; in retaliation, Timmy placed a restraining order on her in "Kung Timmy". When Vicky isn't torturing the children she babysits, she tortures her in substitution. She is also jealous of Trixie. It is implied at the end of Channel Chasers that she and Timmy may possibly wed in the future, based on the appearances of Timmy's future children. She does not have friends, thanks to Vicky.
