Eris
Eris, the Goddess of Chaos who operates as the film's antagonist. The beautiful Eris frames Sinbad for stealing the Book of Peace and dispatches several monsters to hinder his quest to return the Book. Unlike most villainesses in animated films, Eris is clearly much more mischievous than evil, and seems more interested in causing mischief and chaos than doing purely evil deeds. Furthermore, she seems very hesitant to actually harm Sinbad due to having a crush on him.
