Mandy

Mandy is a heartless, evil, cruel girl and Billy's best "friend." She enjoys using her supernatural friend for tasks that a mortal alone cannot fill out. Mandy doesn't have a nose (she says it's because she thinks they're disgusting) and almost never smiles, except for in the earliest seasons where she often bore evil grins. In the later seasons, it was discovered that if Mandy ever managed to smile, the delicate balance of the universe would be upset and reality would collapse. Mandy is pretty much fearless. In fact, most people actually fear her. Still, Mandy's worst nightmare is growing up to become a fat, optimistic woman who is married (and in love with) a brawny adult version of Irwin. Also, Mandy seems to possess a slight "fear" of figure skaters because she doesn't trust the way they spin. In one episode her parents said that when she was born wolves came to try and raise her as one of their own, and they were still wondering that was it right to fight them off.
